An exciting Executive Assistant role has become available at one of the multinational Transport and Logistics companies.

Location: BGC, Taguig - temporary remote

Job Summary

The successful candidate will collaborate with and deliver support to the leadership team. This position will be a tech-savvy, proactive, and thoroughly organized problem solver who can flourish in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


  • Manage complex calendars and schedule internal and external meetings for our leadership team while being able to anticipate conflicts and solve scheduling issues with ease
  • Analyze, update, and manage a schedule with prioritization and oversee attendees and agenda of all recurring meetings
  • Facilitate communication between proper departments while handling confidential and non-routine information
  • Establish direct internal and external relationships with key company influencers
  • Conserve team's time by studying, researching, and routing correspondences
  • Provide support for the personal administrative needs as needed
  • Proactively provide input for ways to improve structures and efficiencies
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate
  • With at least five (5) years’ experience as an executive assistant
  • Strategic and proactive ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and with minimal direction
  • Ability to perform duties with a high level of confidentiality and discretion and can be trusted with sensitive information
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and can work well with different personalities in the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and hardworking
  • Strong sense of urgency and can work longer hours
  • Work from home during Community Quarantine
