About The Role
As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a professional administrative service and support to the Country Head, all Direct Reports and overseeing the day-to-day operational management of Country Head office. You will establish an effective relationship with both internal executives, wider ANZ Myanmar, and external clients and customers through the management of all administrative matters and facilitate the smooth running of the function. You will prepare, co-ordinate and distribute agendas, minutes and other relevant papers/ information for Executive Committee (EXCO) meetings and manage effectively the technical Equipment requirement of the Country Head and his function, and ensure adequate stationery for daily operations. Your role also includes planning and managing travel, accommodation, catering, venue requirements for conferences, meetings, expense claims and all functions for Country Head office ensuring cost effectiveness, and all arrangements are within company policy.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –
- Working knowledge and experience of administrative functions in an operational environment
- Excellent computer application skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Sound problem solving and decision making skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills
