A leading international company is hiring an Executive Secretary that will work closely with senior expat executives at the company.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings etc.
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Supervise receptionist’s daily work
  • Supervise drivers’ daily work
  • Handle expense claims for executives
  • Make travel arrangements for executives/senior staff/VIPs/Guests
  • Handle accommodation for executives/senior staff/VIPs/Guests
  • Handle moving and logistics for company
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
  • Handle rental contracts (car/office/storage space/accommodation)
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
  • Perform personal secretary duties when necessary
  • Prepare presentations or reports as assigned
  • Other Ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • 5-8 years related work experience in working for Expat executives
  • Honest, hardworking & professional
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English/Burmese
  • Will be considered as Senior Executive Secretary with more experience
