This is an awesome opportunity to join a fully remote start-up (3yrs) team, mainly in APAC, building a unique Saas BI tool that gives managers practical tools to understand their people better and make better people decisions. We integrate people data, business data and communications data to drive insights into demographics, activities, engagement - a complete picture of your people, without bias, using data you already have but that is typically inaccessible.
We are making every workplace fairer, better understood and more effective.
The role overall, is to ensure that we meet the financial goals of the company and support the CEO and the rest of the management team in understanding the financial and other metrics of their units and the organisation as a whole.
