Job Detail
SMS is growing! We are looking for experienced Recruiters and Sourcers. This position will be remote. The Recruiter will own full life-cycle recruitment, and create positive candidate experiences to maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
This position will be remote.
Specifically, your duties will include:
- Hiring & Recruitment
- Help bring on exceptional talent
- Posting job openings
- Sourcing candidates
- Managing referrals
- Scheduling and conducting phone, video, and in-person interviews
- Managing (and improving!) the interview processes
- Negotiating offers
- Creating and presenting finalized contracts
Experience
- 0-4+ years of full-lifecycle recruitment
- Strong track record of building great teams, creating relationships with hiring managers, and working with senior leadership
- Experience recruiting for remote teams a plus
