Job responsibilities:


  • Responsible for managing daily fund operations and review of accounting transaction and invoices for appropriate prior to payment according to the company's principle and operating specifications
  • Maintain proper channel of communication between cross-department in order to manage the fund operations, trade settle and cash activities
  • Ability to identify high risk any transaction, timely report of any problems that arise and assist in solving the issue
  • Prepare daily cash flow and reconcile transaction for compilations, prepare monthly reconciliation of various transactions for accounting reporting purposes
  • Build close liaison with bank, apply account for company in different countries
  • Oversee whole of financial budgeting and forecasting for the company
  • Continuously review and improve all internal process control and financial policies ensuring a robust infrastructure and system exist
  • Reconcile discrepancies arising between the system and finance records, proactively seek for solution to identify and minimize the differences
  • Maintain subsidiaries company's flat currency controls and recommend policies and procedures to enhance process efficiencies
  • Assist in ad hoc analysis and liaise other teams for supporting works, back up for other people and handle ad hoc affairs


Qualification:


  • Bachelor degree in accounting or finance is required
  • 3 year working experience
  • Independent and a good team player
  • Good communication ability
