Responsibilities

• Design strategy and set goals of growth
• Maintain budgets and optimize expense
• Oversee and improve the daily operations of the company and of each department
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
• Create processes or make improvements to existing processes and communications between each staff and each department
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
• Prepare regular reports for upper management (CEO) and advise business growth or business development opportunities in the market
• Provide solutions to pressing issues (Eg; profit decline, employee conflicts and customer churn rate)
