About our Client
We are working exclusively with a leading technology conglomerate to recruit for a Global Employer Branding Senior Manager to set up their global operations. To supplement extant efforts, we are seeking a capable individual who is not only able to design Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing campaigns on a global level, but also shares this belief that investing in people is paramount.
Reporting to the Global Talent Director and managing a team of specialists, the Global Employer Branding Senior Manager will design and set the directions in the employer branding strategies, as well as driving recruitment marketing programmes across their global markets. This will include drive, innovate and implement the global employer branding and recruitment initiatives from concept to completion with support from the global TA function.
The Global Employer Branding Senior Manager will critically evaluate, analyse and provide recommendation to increase the company social media presence, to drive awareness within critical market segments across integrated channels, and manage the creation and performance tracking of global multi-channel campaigns. To cultivate talents and leaders of tomorrow, the Global Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing Senior Manager will lead campus recruitment strategies for both intern and graduate hires. Essentially, this is a role that involves a high degree of collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
The Successful Candidate
Ideally, you should have at least 10 years of experience within the Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing space with strong working knowledge of international markets. You should possess a keen eye for distilling the broad talent profiles of the organisation and tailor a robust strategy that will ensure the continued inflows of such talents. Equally important is possessing the ability to translate central strategies into executable forms that fit the demands of the different local markets. A creative flair and penchant for building unique employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns is likewise appreciated. In terms of personality, you are a team player who leads by example and is willing to provide mentorship when the occasion calls for it.
