Global Internal Auditor (Data Analytics) - Robert Half | New Day Jobs (Yangon, Myanmar)

The Company

Join a highly esteemed Consumer Goods MNC that is recruiting for a newly created Global Internal Auditor role, to support in the planning and execution of the company's internal audit program, which includes performing data analytics in continuous audit, financial, controls, operational, manufacturing audits and special projects throughout the Company's international presence. They are seeking for talents with a non-finance degree, chartered accounting qualification and experience working in consulting firms (Big 4).

The Role

You will carry out audit procedures, including identifying, defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing, and analyzing evidence. You will complete the documentation of audit processes and procedures in accordance with professional standards. You will execute risk-based audits to ensure compliance, company financial policy compliance and effectiveness of internal controls. You will perform interviews, reviews document, prepares working papers and assists in the composition of formal audit reports. You will understand the key components of risk within the business and ensures that these areas are tested as appropriate. Additionally, you will develop and maintain effective relationships with management so that Internal Audit is seen as a trusted advisor to the business.

Your Profile

To be a successful candidate, you must possess a non-finance degree (e.g. Engineering/ Mathematics/ Computer Sciences, etc.) with a Chartered Accounting qualification and audit experience working in the Big 4. Relevant experience in using data analytical tools such as Tableau, SQL or Python is desirable. You must be proactive, hands-on, possess solid business acumen, exceptional interpersonal, communication and influential skills. Experience in performing successful continuous improvement initiatives and ability to handle multiple projects effectively, are required to succeed in this role.
