We are looking to hire an experienced Growth Manager with 6-12 years of experience in network contracting and development, or other relevant provider practice-facing fields. This is a full-time position available for immediate start.

You must be willing to work with our clients from the healthcare industry that provide solutions for better care of patient population and give physicians the ability to better allocate their time with patients, increasing their autonomy, and creating incentives that are aligned with achieving better outcomes through clinical decision-making powered by actionable intelligence.

Our Head of Growth will be responsible for the expansion of our provider network nationwide, guiding our Network Development team in refining best practices at generating provider interest and building an education and recruitment system that will scale.

A familiarity, passion, and willingness to dig into the possibilities offered by value-based care programs would make you an ideal candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to engage, develop and expand a network of development team and provider partners in a startup environment
  • Build relationships with partner physicians across the US and market the product cause
  • Collaborate with data science and actuarial teams, product team and operations team and ensure success in product-to-provider processes
  • Design and exceed baseline performance metrics, understand the local dynamics of the product’s markets, and stay thoroughly informed on healthcare industry trends.
  • Build a system that can engage prospective providers across communication channels and track the efficacy of channels and team members, with a mindset of constant iteration.
  • Learn and know the contours of the Direct Contracting model inside and out, to ensure accurate communications with providers
  • Use database, CRM, or other software to meticulously track progress with opportunities as you manage clients markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
  • 6-12 years of experience in network contracting and development, or other relevant provider practice-facing fields. Experience at an ACO is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with a track record of leading departments and executive-level interactions.
  • Demonstrated experience in building systems oriented toward success, with a mindset focused on tracking and iteration.
  • Relentless but patient and able to coach a team of high-performing ICs to a similar orientation
  • Willing to engage with dense Medicare rules and regulations and know them better than anyone
