Who are we?

Yesmom is a Asia's first at-home lab testing company, offering people a way to test their health without ever needing to go to a clinic for the same tests! We started in reproductive health and fertility hormone testing, providing easily navigable and personalized content on the full spectrum of fertility health.

You can buy the test online, collect your sample at home with our simple to use collection kit, have an accredited lab analyzing your sample, and get a set of informative and physician-reviewed reports uploaded to your device!

As we are expanding, we are going beyond Women's health and into broader categories of testing. We are in the midst of developing our brand to encompass this wider approach and will need a savvy Marketer who has helped built e-commerce brands in the past with a proven track record.

What we are looking for?

Right now we are in need of an awesome Head of Marketing with relevant e-commerce marketing experience, to help us communicate our brand and market our suite of products to the Thai market with a later regional expansion, whilst helping us understand our user needs better. You are both a creative and analytical mind, distilling data in real-world insights and actions.

What you will do:

  • Build and execute a solid content roadmap to reflect our brand values and vision.
  • Help manage performance marketing efforts together with our agency in order to hit our sales KPIs
  • Understand the consumer lifecycle and can build a solid brand strategy that retains users.
  • Build out all growth-related analytics–setting performance benchmarks.
  • Lead our landing page content strategy. Work with our developers and design teams to improve site experience in line with company goals.
  • Put analytical rigour in our content–creating educational content into a major organic traffic driver.
  • Identify and test new channels to fold into growth plans. Make recommendations based on customer research, behavioural data, and new tech.

Min Qualifications

  • Min. 5 Years creating and executing omnichannel e-commerce branding strategies at a mid/senior level.
  • Highly proactive, independent and comfortable with taking the lead
  • Experience in marketing healthcare-related products is HUGE plus
  • SEO, SEM, Social and Content Marketing in both creating and executing on strategy is a must
  • Fluent in various content creation tools.
  • Using Hubspot CRM. Other CRM tools are a huge plus.
  • Creating different hypotheses and A-B tests in a data-driven approach.
  • Fluency in English is a must. Thai is a huge plus.
  • Remote OK across Thailand
  • Bachelor’s or equivalent with a strong academic record.
