Responsible for the overall strategy, roadmap and execution for Online and Offline Channels.
Responsible for brand marketing, market positioning, and performance marketing strategies.
Lead projects to improve the overall output of Marketing department, not limited to: optimization of targeting and ad deployment for existing channels, launch of new paid ad networks/channels, creation of strategic partnerships as needs evolve.
Develop performance marketing campaigns across different marketing channels (SEM, Display Marketing, and Social Media).
Optimize marketing campaigns through thoughtful testing to maximize customer acquisitions, retention, and conversion KPIs
Manage marketing budget to achieve highest ROI and user growth across all marketing channels.
Work in tandem with our Traffic Operations team to develop and test different types of content (visuals, messages, and mechanics), as well as landing pages for the marketing campaigns.
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
Conduct and communicate regular reporting on performance and roadmap to the Managing Director
Organize, mentor, and and develop personnel for the Marketing team.
Manage campaigns and initiatives to grow our user base in different demographic segments
Must have the ability to take ownership of all marketing at the company and translate high level objectives into setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals
Master’s degree in business disciplines with minimum 3 years of experience in related field. Experience of working in a multinational company preferred
Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
Must have in-depth knowledge of offline marketing including both ATL and BTL
Experience coordinating a diverse team in fast changing work environments
Must be well organized and have good communication skills.
Strong contacts with companies and media houses
Creative thinker with ability to to develop, adapt, and execute, new ideas
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in CRM, data management and analysis programs is a plus.
