VP, Head of Outbound Channel

Location : 2 Positions in Yangon/1 Position in Mandalay

Job Scope:

We are looking for a high-performing Head of Sales – Outbound Channel. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Job brief

  • Outbound Sales Head responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. His/her duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.

  • Heading PAN Myanmar Operations of Outbound Sales Channel 

  • Establishing Outbound Sales Channel Framework for Telecom Operator

  • Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts

  • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting Channel Presence

Principle Accountabilities

  • Develop and Setting of Outbound Sales Operations framework and channel Presence at Country Level

  • Own End to End functioning of Outbound Channel Sales Operation, including Budgeting, Tracking & Monitoring the Performance Management of Channel and ensuring Profitability of Channel in line to Productivity norms.

  • Recruitment and appointment of Team and DSA’s across length & Breadth of Myanmar and ensure reachability of Channel.

  • Ensure Training & Development of Team and Channel and work closely with internal Stakeholders in digitizing the channel for better efficient operations

  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base with specific to Outbound Channel

  • Strategize and develop individual channel’s remuneration strategy including Products and Services Incentives

  • Managing promotions and campaigns effectively to ensure market penetration.

  • Ensure proper performance framework for new activations are developed & consistently analyzed for trends in order Analyze, distribute and provide justifications for channel budget

  • Generation, monitoring and publish monthly / Daily  Reports on Channel Overall Performance till last mile

  • Day to day management of channel’s activities.

  • Market and product research analysis. (Customer product feedback & Competitors intelligence) to know what products we can improve on.


  • A person with experience in Handling Large Direct Sales Operations at Large Geography / Country Level at relevant Industry, Have handled a large Scale Team Size.

  • Proven Outbound sales and distribution experience, of  meeting or exceeding targets

  • Exposure to setting up the Outbound Channel at country level will have an added advantage.

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field

  • A minimum of five (5) years’ direct sales experience in a Telecom Provider, financial institution, Bank or Insurance Firm

  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including Management & CXOs.

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field

  • A minimum of five (5) years’ direct sales experience in a Telecom Provider, financial institution, Bank or Insurance Firm

Language requirement: Myanmar, English
