About The Role

Based in Singapore, you own all operations linked to the delivery of our services to clients. You work closely with our fintech partners whom we work with to deliver our services. You report to the Head of Operations.

  • Ensure smooth delivery of our services to clients, in a correct and timely manner, and with a customer-first mindset. Services include for example: accounts, cards, FX payments, credit, software, etc.
  • Lead 3 teams and a total of 12 people and growing; Coach and develop the team
  • Constantly innovate and improve how Aspire is delivering its services to customers. Work closely with relevant internal stakeholders (product, compliance, customer ops, ...) and external partners to make it happen
  • Own the operational launch of new Aspire products & services; Work closely with the senior management on launching new partnerships and build out Aspire's range of products & services
  • Own the day to day relationship with our fintech partners, be the whistleblower when any partner performs below expectations
  • Own the service delivery metrics for customers: speed of delivery, quality of delivery, productivity, customer satisfaction related to delivery

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have done it before - 10+ years experience in a tech company; Track record of leadership & operations; Preferably in a fintech or SaaS company
  • You make operations run like clockwork - Highly analytical and structured, can communicate effectively to people of all levels
  • You are resourceful - You may have never faced this problem before, but you will find a solution
  • You are hungry and have the spirit of a warrior - Positive attitude, self-motivated, and ready to own and build your team
  • You have strong communication skills - You are used to communicating with senior executives, as well as with on-the-ground officers. Your communication is clear, concise and professional
  • You are customer-obsessed - Putting yourself in the shoes of the customer comes naturally to you
