We are hiring for multiple roles including more traditional ones like service jobs like Customer and Tech Support, Sales and Appointment setters, E-commerce support, etc. We also have some startups we work with doing way less traditional work. We are looking for passionate people with strong English speaking and writing skills. In your initial interviews, there will be an emphasis on customer support, admin, or sales related tasks depending on skillset, experience, and background. We honestly are looking to put people in the role they want to be in and can grow in.

Work Schedule

This will vary, but majority of our team members work in EST or PST time zone (Eastern or Pacific Standard Time) and a few AU and UK time zones.


Basic Requirements
  • Updated resume with employment dates
  • At least 1 year BPO straight employment or 1 year accumulated freelance VA or online work experience

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience with any Customer Management System
  • E-commerce support experience not required, but definitely a plus
  • Email etiquette and management skills in Gmail
  • Scheduling and managing appointments in Google Calendar
  • Above-average time management
