Job Description

We are looking for a good, all round Administrator. I want to work with one person who can grow and evolve in the role over the medium to long term, rather than someone to fill a short-term gap. I would also need this person to have a bit of initiative, common sense and a desire to help out where possible. Someone who enjoys work.

The Role Will Involve a Mix Of The Following Duties

I’m involved in a number of businesses and would need a dedicated resource to assist across two of them.
  • Document formatting in Microsoft Word in a recruitment business, CV and job description formatting
  • Uploading and updating products in an online marketplace
  • Improving product descriptions
  • Editing photos where needs be
Add on tasks once the person gets more familiar with the business
  • Dealing with queries via email
  • Merchandising the site
  • Doing market research
Qualifications
Must Haves & Highly Recommended
  • Excellent written English skills, perhaps someone who can write creatively
  • Strong Microsoft Office, definitely word
  • Photo formatting skills or at least an interest in learning how to do this
  • EXCELLENT ATTENTION TO DETAIL
  • Proactive
  • Good multitasking skills
Working hours
  • 6am – 3pm UK Time (1PM to 10PM) Mon - Fri
