Job Description

• liaising with banks, clients, real estate agents, solicitors
• preparing memorandum, servicing calculators, pricing , packaging application for online submission to banks and apply online system. Ordering valuations, calculating funds required for settlement ,
• understanding construction loans and progress payments, prioritizing tasks, compliance docs,
• product research , understanding banking policy and requirements,
• Must have Australian banking experience min 3 years. Would be great if they have Cert4 or diploma of financial services
• Great attention to details , Computer experience with GSuite, microsoft windows.
