We are looking for an operations/administrative assistant with a high attention to detail to be our operations support team member. You will be working in our backend system to create purchase orders, and shipping labels. It will be your job to follow up with vendors to receive shipping documents, invoices, and order updates. You need to be highly organized and motivated to learn our systems. There is a big opportunity to increase your responsibilities in this role and become the manager of our outsourced operations and customer service team.
- Creating Purchase Orders
- Creating Shipping Labels
- Resolving Fedex/DHL Shipping issues over phone / email
- Managing Return Requests
- Generating Shipping Quotes
- Emailing Vendors for Order Updates
- Software Used: Big Commerce, Kissflow, QuickBooks
- Required Skills: Admin/Documentation Skills, Computer Skills, Communication Skills
- Very high attention to detail and accuracy
- Meticulous and detail-oriented person
- Excellent in English communication skills: writing, speaking, and reading.
- With E-commerce work experience
- With great understanding of the business process and the system
- The staff needs to be highly organized and motivated to learn the operations and systems.
- Has to be a meticulous and detail-oriented person as they will be transferring data for custom projects from the workflow system to a purchase order. Any mistake during the data transfer can cost client a lot of money.
- Nice to have: Experience working in the packaging & containers industry or experience working on custom print projects and with E-commerce work experience
- 9am - 5pm Pacific time, Monday to Friday (12:00 AM - 9:00 AM Manila time, Tuesday to Saturday)
- This is a homebased role so staff must have their own equipment and make sure that there is a strong internet connection at home
