REQUIREMENTS

  • Provide job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants;
  • Notify existing staff of internal opportunities;
  • Maintain personnel records;
  • Obtain temporary staff from agencies.
  • Pay employees by calculating pay; distributing checks; maintaining records.

  • Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
  • Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing  company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information;  explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs.
  • Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
  • Perform performance appraisals.
  • Maintain good employee relations.
  • Carry out Employee of the month every month.
  • Liaise with other departments and sister companies on administrative matters.
  • Act as a liaison for overseas partners (may require minor things such as picking them up and accompanying them).
  • Responsible for accommodation, flight booking and expenses of both inbound trainers and outbound trainees.
  • Liaise with various embassies and immigration Burmese immigration office for visa related issues. 
  • Order uniforms as the occasion arises.
  • Pay various bills.
  • Extend visa for expats in the company.
  • Additional ad-hoc duties

    REQUIREMENTS
  • At least a degree in Business Administration or equivalent (Majoring in HR will be an advantage).
  • At least 2 years of experience as an HR role.
  • MUST BE WELL VERSED IN LABOR LAWS AND HR RELATED MATTERS.
  • MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH TO LIAISE WITH ENGLISH SPEAKING MEMBERS AND PARTNERS.
