Job Description:
Understanding recruiting demands and specific skill profiles in Technology or Operations Can generate talent pipeline based on their target demand focus Develop and initiate different sourcing strategies Tracking their profiles and proper monitoring in recruitment system Participating in recruiting events and sourcing activities Ensuring all paperwork is received and completed according to policies and operational metrics Utilizing recruiting database(s) and tools Conducting, analyzing and distributing reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identifying issues and recommending actions Facilitating presentation to stakeholders on performance and strategies Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholder group Cooperating with and providing status to Recruiting Leadership, other Recruiters, HR and Sourcing regarding candidates
Qualifications:
Amenable to a Project Based Employment Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree Requires 3 years’ experience in Corporate Recruitment or Headhunting Experience in CV screening and Phone Interviews Has experience using Job Portals and Social Media Platforms Good Communication Skills Good understanding of Technology Willing to be assigned in Boni, Mandaluyong or Gateway, Cubao Regular shift, 9AM-6PM
