Record about the employee training. Prepare and Check about training contract. Counsel to the employee awareness and requirement within organization. Survey for the staffs training record analysis. Budgets for training by yearly. Calculate for training KPI. Build relationship with external. Discuss for training time arrangement with others product knowledge trainers. Arrange about the training process instruction by head. Give some suggests about the department requirement. Discuss about the employee skill implement for capacity building.
Job Specification: Any graduate. Holder to HR diploma, ISO Knowledge is also involved and experience in training fields. At Least 3 years in related fields. Computer Literacy: Microsoft word /Excel/ Power Point. Presentation skill, Interpersonal skill. Leadership skill. Negotiation skill. Management skill, Communication skill and English Skill (report writing and presentation).
