Job Description

  • Check and supervise the HR team who arrange attendants for employee in head office and other regions.
  • Offer Letter, confirmation letter, Recommendation letter, termination letter preparation and issuing.
  • Prepare contract for various employee including expatriates.
  • Arranging the salary & benefits survey, performance appraisal and evaluation by monthly or yearly.
  • Ads, job vacancy posting on the job seeker websites on internet or in-office notice boards & Short Listing candidates.
  • Collect the potential candidate’s CVs from different media such as Job Fair,
  • Scheduling for interview for relevant departments.
  • Interview with technician or departmental head and making sure that the candidate who passes both HR & Technical questions.
  • Selection & report to the HR manager and obtain approval from BOD for further recruitment processes.
  • Making Job description.
  • Income tax and SSB for employee.
  • Job fairs or events arrange and preparation.
  • Background check the selected candidate.
  • Arrange HOD meeting and meeting minutes writing.


  • Minimum experience in HR field is 2 years.
  • Any bachelor degree with the certificate or diploma in HR management is preferable.
  • Able to travel any region as business needs.
  • Able to work under-pressure and has multi-tasking skills.
  • Flexible and can work overtime on office off-days.
  • MS office skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • English 4 skill is must.
