Glamnetic is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join the team. This role will be responsible for assisting in all tasks related to influencer marketing from sourcing, outreach, and relationship building. The ideal candidate should have a passion and understanding of the major social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok). This is a fully remote role.
Assist and support the influencer team on all tasks as it relates to Influencer Marketing campaigns
Identify and source a large volume of credible Influencers across social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) for various influencer campaigns
Build Influencer lists and compile stats including audience demographics and engagement rates
Ship product to confirmed influencers, giveaway winners, and other VIPS through Shipmonk (fulfillment center), and track status of orders
Facilitate influencer campaigns from start to finish, ensuring content is being posted correctly and in a timely manner.
Manage campaigns on GRIN (campaign management software), via email communication, and/or Instagram DM.
Organize and update assets in company drive folder, and identify top-performing content
Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting on influencer performance (including revenue and code usage) on Shopify and internal excel sheets
Build and nurture relationships with Influencers
Other Duties as assigned
Basic understanding of Google Workspace required
Basic understanding of Photoshop is preferred
Knowledge of the influencer space
Familiarity with all social media platforms
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Motivated self-starter with excellent written communication skills
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
