ABOUT THE COMPANY
SecondYou is in the business of providing services to real estate professionals in need of assistance from a remote virtual assistant in the manner of Admin, Marketing, Prospecting, and Transaction Management
RESPONSIBILITES & DUTIES:
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential leads, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and/or services.
- Staying informed about competing products and/or services.
- Upselling products and/or services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.
- Fluent in English language
REQUIRED TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Computer Processor must be at least Core i3 or higher and Computer Memory must be at least 4gb RAM
- Main ISP download speed of 5mbps or higher and Backup ISP download speed of at least 3mbps
- A quiet work environment
