This role will leverage relationship development and account management skill, process creation and management ability in order to educate, introduce and inspire new investment into the world of cryptocurrency from major institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals from a global market.
NOTE: the location added just for reference, this is a remote position and we're open to any locations and timezones.
- Acquiring and developing trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients (High net worth individuals, institutions, corporations)
- Expanding and managing the relationships with existing clients through good communication and good understanding of their needs
- Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key clients.
- Driving volume in the exchange business, as well as marketing our entire ecosystem
- Optimising service processes and systems, tracking customer performance
- Document user pain points, finding hidden needs, and communicating with various departments to provide solutions and areas for growth
Working at Binance
- 1-3 years working experience in sales and client services function with an international financial background in banking, investment etc
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment
- Highly self driven, disciplined with “Can-do” attitude
- Excellent communication skills - very responsive (we are a client-serving business)
- Native/ fluent Bahasa language skill is a MUST and proficiency in English
- Passion for crypto, blockchain and digital assets preferred
