IT Support Engineer
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hour: 9am - 6pm
- Starting Salary: $2,400 - $3,200
- Location: Downtown / Tanjong pagar
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support at client office.
- Provide helpdesk and remote support.
- Actively build on IT and communication skills to improve on skill set and effectiveness.
- Attend to and complete tasks assigned by Service Delivery Manager.
- Occasional after-hours assignments with appropriate compensation.
- Pro-active, customer focused, and comfortable dealing with end users directly.
- Able to describe issues clearly to end users and client management, and report on results effectively.
- Min 3 years’ experience in IT helpdesk role or technical support role, supporting MNC preferred
- Comfortable working in a team or individually.
- Good knowledge of SQL Query.
- Microsoft MCP certification preferred.
- Mac OS X knowledge or support experience preferred.
- Some experience in networking setup and support is an added advantage.
- Experience with help desk/ticketing systems preferred.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
