To maintain our current equipments (Cisco routers/Switches/ASA/Mobility/Unified Communications/Data Center).
Remote lab setup, support and troubleshooting for classes / customers.
Securing our network by enforcing policies and access restriction.
Responsible to provide technical support and ensuring the lab infrastructure is well integrated, properly configured, tested, secured and available for service at all times.
Optimizing network performance to improve our customer experience.
Constantly updates job knowledge by reading the latest publications posted by our vendors, attending trainings and acquire certifications when required.
Reporting of daily network operations and activities.
Other ad-hoc duties.
Skills And Qualifications
Good communication skills, both oral and written in English.
Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Studies or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year working experience in networking field.
CCNA or above.
In depth understanding of Cisco routing and switching technologies will be an added advantage.
Ability to identify network or systems issue and to provide a quick fix for our customers.
(Document and perform escalation when needed to look for a permanent solution if it is a recursive issue).
Knowledge on windows operating systems (e.g. Windows Server 2008/2012/2016) and other open source operating systems will have an added advantage.
Ability to setup AD/DNS/NTP/DHCP on windows server environment
Team player with a pleasant personality.
Able to work with minimum supervision and multi-task.
