Role

You will play an important role of a trusted consultant to help customers adopt open source solutions and also to be a guide in helping them select right platforms and technologies. You will have an array of open source subscriptions, solutions and services to sell. This exciting role is to manage, deepen and grow business from existing key accounts and develop select few new accounts. A proactive and creative approach to expand business footprint would be a fulfilling experience for you. You will get an opportunity to position yourself as a thought leader in open source solutions space. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with customer stakeholders and internal partners
  • Develop predictable sales pipeline to manage customer lead intake, outbound activity, prioritization and metrics for closure of deals on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around the use of open-source technology
  • Understand Ashnik’s capabilities & services and effectively communicate offerings to the customers
  • Understand the competitive landscape and market trends

Experience and skills

  • Graduate with minimum 8-10 years of experience in selling IT software products to large enterprises in Singapore
  • Experience selling to BFSI industry is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated success in selling to technology decision makers 
  • Strong skills in enterprise sales cycle
  • Familiarity with selling open source software is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work with remote teams
  • Singapore PR or Citizen preferred
