Job Responsibilities

  • To provide both strategic and operational support in the designing, implementation and continuous improvement of the L&D strategy, policies and practices to maximise employees’ career development and personal development
  • Assess both individual, departmental and organisational learning and development needs
  • Assist in the administering of the L&D process to ensure the learning relevance and effectiveness
  • Creating training programs that are aligned with the organization’s objectives and having a strong understanding of what these are
  • Acting as the go to within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development plans
  • Working closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements
  • Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching
  • Having an awareness and be hands on of the allocated budget and an ability to find solutions in order to implement the required training
  • Building up your resources and network in Learning and Development

Job Requirements

  • Describe yourself as a solution-based thinker and able to work independently on new challenges
  • and opportunities in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience within Human Resources, particularly specializing in learning and development role with hands-on execution in L&D strategies
  • Previous experience in facilitating training programs in internal L&D departments
  • Knowledge around the development of training programs. Has at least helped to edit syllabus and content of trainings in other organizations
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Possess action and solution oriented mindset
  • Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
