Sin Pauk Sandal factory manufactures Myanmar traditional sandals for both male and female based in Mandalay. The sandals are available all over Central part of Myanmar and Upper Myanmar. It has been in the market as a well recognized brand for decades. The business is passed down from generations to generations to provide affordable, yet comfortable and easily accessible footwear.
Coordinate with MD to plan and execute quarterly and annual marketing activities & plans for the respective regions
Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
Work with other team members and cross functional disciplines and lead a strong Marketing initiative for market expansion and market penetration purpose
Provide clear direction to maximize integrated efforts and program execution
Supporting both B2C and B2B marketing initiatives and managing internal and external resources to execute campaigns
Gather marketplace intelligence and conduct competitor analysis to increase product sales and brand awareness
Responsible for assortments, recommending new product launches and discontinuations and coordinating assortment changes with retailers and wholesalers
Develop go-to-market approach in close collaboration with sales manager and the management, and set goals and objectives for upper Myanmar (up to Tachileik), Nay Pyi Taw and Taungoo.
Recommends, develops, executes and measures effectiveness of marketing strategies to achieve intended results for each targeted areas and products
Preferably 3-5 years experience in marketing or business related discipline
Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or related fields
Candidates should have proven marketing accomplishments and have an understanding of market conditions and competitive advantages
Must be a driven marketer
Can travel to upper Myanmar and central part of Myanmar
Candidate will be based in Mandalay
