1.     JOB SUMMARY

1.1         Responsible for completing marketing plan for the Company’s brand names and the Company’s affiliates/BRANDS. This will include all LSM (local store marketing) activities for all of the different Company’s profiled BRANDS.

1.2         Manages all e-commerce opportunities.

1.3         Develops a good working relationship with the hospitality industry bureaus and community leaders.

2.      JOB DESCRIPTION

2.1         Supervise the functioning of all Food and Beverage Department’s Marketing activities, promotions, sales and costs to ensure that department profits are maximized.

2.2         Coordinates all F&B promotions with Sales Department to ensure proper implementation.

2.3         Establishes the general F&B Marketing strategy, the yearly F&B Marketing Plan together with the General Manager, Operations and makes the presentation to the Board of Management.

2.4         Establishes and presents the yearly F&B Marketing Budget to the Board of Management and follows it strictly to minimize the Department’s expenses.

2.5         Gets actively involved in finding the best printing / advertising solutions to optimize the Company’s profits.

2.6         Communicates all promotions in a timely and professional manner to both, the Operations and Sales Department by
establishing weekly meetings and is responsible for their recording and distribution.

2.7         Maintains a proper customer data base in conjunction with Operations team and co-ordinates any electronic advertising.

2.8         Acts as a Customer Relation Officer and spends time with Customers / Members to establish a developing business relationship. Establishes Client satisfaction surveys and reports results to the General Manager, Operations.

2.9         Attend all Management Meetings.

2.10      Conduct, compiles, analysis market researches and reports results monthly to the General Manager, Operations.

2.11      Develop regular proposals to adjust the overall Marketing Strategy month by month.

3.      CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

3.1         Develops brochure and property collateral materials.

3.2         Participates in all property imaging work (e.g., signage).

3.3         Uses and interprets all reporting necessary for sound marketing recommendations, including but not limited to source market reports and tracking.

3.4         Reviews and provides analysis on all website and email campaign tracking, for both individual brand sites as well as corporate campaigns.

3.5         Ensures consistent marketing message is communicated in all advertising and collateral efforts.

3.6         Manages marketing budget throughout the year.

3.7         Provides regular tracking/ROI and analysis of promotions and campaigns, using industry averages for ROI calculation, and uses this knowledge in future planning.

3.8         Tracks return on investment (ROI) of all marketing initiatives, including online, direct mail and print advertising.

3.9          Keeps track of actual versus planned marketing budgets and provides input and recommendations as needed regarding reallocation of funding.

3.10      Ensures consistency in individual brand's voice on all guest touch-points and marketing communications, not only following corporate graphic standards, but also on behalf of the individual brands.

3.11      Uses knowledge of Market Trends and Target Customer Information to maximize revenue for individual brands.

3.12      Evaluates new marketing opportunities for the Brands.

3.13      Ensures Brands is represented on all quality internet sites that have the potential of providing business.

3.14      Develops strategic marketing plan for BRANDS, including corporate.

3.15      Plans and supervises all photo shoots, developing shot list while keeping goals of Corporate and BRAND image in mind.

3.16      Other duties designated by the General Manager, Operations.

OTHER INFORMATION

4.     QUALIFICATIONS

4.1         Bachelor Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration or its equivalent.

4.2         Knowledge of food and beverage and other hospitality related industry is a definite plus.

5.     EXPERIENCE

5.1         Experience in developing and driving member service improvement programmed.

5.2         Preferably has a genuine interest and knowledge of the hospitality trade.

5.3         Strong network of connections is an asset.

6.     KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

6.1         University degree or college diploma in Hospitality & Tourism or related field.

6.2         Some sales & marketing experience.

6.3         Proficient in English and Microsoft software.

6.4         Strong sense of initiative, innovation, analysis, urgency and pressure tolerance.

6.5         Able to work independently, professionally and be a good team player.

6.6         Good interpersonal and communication skill.

7.     WORKING ENVIRONMENT

7.1          Indoor/Outdoor, Office & Food and Beverage environment.

7.2         Standard hours must be maintained. Additional hours may be necessary to provide support for special functions related to the
Brand’s success.

7.3         Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.

7.4         Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
