Alphanumeric is hiring a Trainer - Medical Information (Pharmacist/Nursing License) for covid-19 vaccine contact center.

You will be working from home, providing support to the APAC market.

You must be based in Philippines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Pharmaceutical (or equivalent)
  • Nursing or Pharmacist License
  • 3+ years of experience providing Training services for international teams
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Applications
  • Experience in Language neutralization is a plus
  • Maintains knowledge of policies and procedures including client products, SOPs, protocols
  • Excellent written fluency in English and proficiencies in other languages a plus.

Your Responsibilities

You will ensure help desk staff is appropriately trained to take calls as well as consistently ensuring language neutralization and appropriate communications.

  • Design a detailed training and delivery plan for Medical Information Contact Center
  • Provides individual performance feedback, as appropriate.
  • Delivers the intended training messages to an internal or external audience in the classroom, small group sessions, and individual sessions
  • Works with a team to develop training programs, implement new programs,

Service Level Reporting
  • Analyze daily reports and make recommendations to managers and team leads on training recommendations for representatives that will improve the overall quality of service independently and as a team.
  • Implement process for daily, weekly, and monthly reports and manage process.
  • Provide quarterly reports to QA Manager or Operations Manager

Service Improvements
  • Make recommendations to Service Manager
  • Performs special projects or assignments as required
  • Provides quality updates to the ASI management team and Quality Operations Department.
