Our Australia-based client who provides the best emergency dental care is looking for a Remote Receptionist!�

We achieve this by providing the most caring dentistry imaginable, tailored to each individual patient�s needs with a focus on modern techniques, longevity and optimal health.


3+ years in medical / dental industry
Reception experience is a huge plus!
Computer literacy
Nurses with medical knowledge and experience are encouraged to apply!
Must be willing to work onsite (Eastwood Libis, Quezon City)

Working Hours

During Training - 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday-Friday
After Training - 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM | Wednesday-Sunday

Provide 24/7 access to dental services for patients.
Provider 24/7 administrative support to the dental practices.
Increase conversion of enquiries to bookings.
Ensure the office and client experience runs like clockwork
Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded at every interaction
Improve delivery of reporting and KPI�s through collation of data.
Grow the business through client retention and increased new clients.
Manage inbound enquiries and sale process.
Successfully on-board new clients.
Free up rest of team�s time to focus on business growth.
Ensure all data is up to date for effective decision making.

Phone Management / Skills:

Bright, happy and helpful demeanour on phone
Able to portray empathy to clients calling.
Ability to manage all incoming and outgoing calls in accordance with practice scripts.
Ability to maintain a professional, friendly and cheerful phone manner.
Ability to take, document and communicate telephone messages accurately.
Remain calm under pressure & stress � patients call typically in pain and stressed / sleep deprived.

Communication Skills

Clear and fluent spoken English with a light accent.
Sound knowledge of correct grammar, spelling and punctuation, and ability to write legible.
Understands dental vocabulary and uses it appropriately.
Clear and frequent communication between team members in Australia.

Health Care / Dental Knowledge

Understand Basics Of

Diagnosis / Diagnostic Process
Triage of patients
Able to ask relevant questions to determine what appointment is needed - by following scripts and triage protocols.
Able to ask open ended questions without leading the caller to an answer.
Able to translate communications with patient into appropriate booking - length of time and quoted fees.
Only providing basic dental advice in fitting with not being a registered professional within Australia.
Financial Administration
Take deposits from patients who book and account for those in practice systems promptly and accurately.
