Position: Merchant Account Manager
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major
- Have experience in Administration
- Have experience on building/maintaining relation with third party
- Must be able to work with tight deadline and able to work with minimal guidance
- Able to work under pressure with fast paced environments
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility
- Self-starter with strong sense of curiosity
Job Description
- Create and manage merchant needs and operations
- Ensure merchant's needs and expectations are properly met.
- Develop trusted and effective communication with merchant
- Monitor and encourage merchant to comply with the rule
- Identify and report current and potential issues faced by merchant
- Solving operational issues faced by merchant on a day to day basis
