Position: Merchant Account Manager

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major
• Have experience in Administration
• Have experience on building/maintaining relation with third party
• Must be able to work with tight deadline and able to work with minimal guidance
• Able to work under pressure with fast paced environments
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility
• Self-starter with strong sense of curiosity

Job Description

• Create and manage merchant needs and operations
• Ensure merchant's needs and expectations are properly met.
• Develop trusted and effective communication with merchant
• Monitor and encourage merchant to comply with the rule
• Identify and report current and potential issues faced by merchant
• Solving operational issues faced by merchant on a day to day basis
