As an Ericsson Graduate, you can gain hands-on technical experience working with some of the largest communication projects and companies. You will work as part of our team while developing sophisticated technical skills and helping to build, test and roll out innovative solutions to sophisticated problems.
- Manage delivery of NOC, back office & field force, ensuring that operations delivery is fulfilling the contracted Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Operational management for the end-to-end network operations.
- Ensuring activities delivery like first and second line operations, customer problem management, service & resource fulfillment and field operations etc.
To be successful in the role you must have
- Fresh Graduates in 2019/2020 who are ready for a full-time job;
- Education: Bachelor’s in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent. Ideally with GPA 2.5 upward.
- Having basic knowledge telecom and ICT; about cellular system concept (2G/3G/4G/5G Technology)
- Independent, self-motivated, and well-organized with an analytical mind and willing to study new technologies
- Excellent teammate, fast learner, flexible mind and results oriented.
- Willing to learn and develop in a multi-national environment. Good English skills.
