Develop, drive and implement sales strategy according to operating company's vision by managing the Route to Market strategy and execution.


Responsibilities


  • Lead sales and operation process
  • Contribute and coordinate sales and marketing alignment
  • Lead sales planning within annual and strategic planning
  • Support and leading the implementation of Route to Market and sales automation tools
  • Ensure Route to Market is effective and efficient across the country
  • Distributor management: assess, review and drive distributor/dealer sales performance
  • Develop, analyse and conceptualize distributor KPIs incentive scheme
  • Integrate between Sales, Logistics and distributor/dealer sales orders & actual delivery
  • Identify strategic/operational areas of improvement between distributor & HEINEKEN Myanmar
  • Manage (proposal, increase, etc.) distributor/dealer credit management
  • Enhance and improve sales capabilities by training and developing Sales teams
  • Provide coaching and development to his team
  • Together with Sales and Supply Chain coordinate the delivery plan/transport permits
  • Monitoring and supporting overall sales performance
  • Support and lead sales team to ensure excellent outlet execution in point of sales
  • Follow and comply with Life Saving Rules
  • Asses the performance and potential of the team
  • Facilitate the calculation of the Sales Incentive cycle


Job Requirements


  • Bachelor degree preferably in Business Management
  • Master Degree is preferred
  • More than five years working experience (in the field) Sales and Distribution
  • Strategic Thinking
  • Result oriented and problem resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence with credibly and effectively internally and externally
  • FMCGs experience is preferred
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
  • Ability to supervise and guide assigned staff to achieve targets, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments
  • Regular travelling is required
  • Myanmar language is a must
  • Business proficiency in English
