Communicate with different Edenred BUs to receive, collect and clarify issues, keep following issues until close by respecting the SLA.
Investigate issues, including reproducing, debugging and log analysis.
Closely work with team leader and development team to understand the product insight, including features, detail logic, data relationship, hosting etc.
Closely work with infrastructure and security team to properly deploy, configure and monitor the applications.
Provide valuable inputs to product team to improve the product.
Write and maintain technical support documentations (SOP, FQA etc.)
Help desk tickets maintenance, to communicate with the stakeholders via help desk and keep the tickets’ status up to date.
Work with shift mode and with hotlines.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in computer science or equivalent.
At least 2+ year’s software maintenance and support experience.
Familiar with development tools including Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 or above, C#, SQL Server Management Studio, IIS, Git.
Familiar in Database operation and SQL statement (MSSQL).
Familiar with writing unit test to simulate the issues.
Know-how about web developments: asp.net web forms, MVC, WCF, REST API, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS and CSS frameworks
Strong desire to learn, result oriented, responsible and good willing to grow with the organization.
DevOps experience is a strong plus.
Good communication skills in English (listening / probing, writing, speaking);
Mandarin is a plus.
