 Global Deployment Services is a technical engineering team providing “hands-on” capability to execute work according to the approved change(s). The Global Deployment Services team is organized into data center, routing and switching, WLAN, IPT, Security , and Contact Center sub-teams. Each sub-team resource must have broad exposure to related technologies with advanced experience in installation, operation, and maintenance of routing, switching, communications, and peripheral equipment associated with globally connected networks. Responsible for installation, testing, troubleshooting, upgrading, and administering multiple vendor systems. Ensure quality customer service providing support to a varied user community. From time to time, the Global Deployment Services team will be expected to troubleshoot/resolve issues should they arise. Global Deployment Services resources are highly experienced and qualified resources who can think on their feet and work according to customer processes and guidelines. 

Rsponsibilities and Qualification:

  1.  Adhering to SLAs
  2. Mentoring / Training Team Members
  3. Handling tickets / requests
  4. Perform root cause analysis
  5. Troubleshooting technical issues
  6. Defining processes and ensuring that the processes are adhered to
  7. Oversees and is responsible for successful completion of Installation, configuration   and migration
  8. Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA
  9. Understanding of Multi-geo support environment
  10. Responsible for building / maintaining a test environment
  11. Improves and maintains customer and employee satisfaction
  12. Suggests new technologies and design changes
  13. Monitoring and maintaining SLA requirements by the team members
  14. Testing / Auditing/processes as required from time to time
  15. Identify Skill gaps and plan for training / knowledge updating

Technology Knowledge :

  1. Router - Cisco
  2. Switch – Cisco and Arista
  3. Meraki – Cisco
  4. WLAN – Cisco
  5. WLAN Appliance – Cisco and Aruba
  6. IPAM - Infoblox
  7. WAN Optimizer - Riverbed
  8. Packet Shaper - Bluecoat
  9. Terminal Server - Ion systems

Load Balancer - F5


  1.  5+ years of hands-on experience and proficiency in managing and maintaining a medium/large environment
  2. Extensive hands-on technical skills to cover installation, configuration, administration and advanced troubleshooting of data networks in large enterprise that includes Wired & Wireless
  3. Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written) Perform root cause analysis
  4. Able to handle high pressure
  5. Experience on Cisco (Routers/Switches)
  6. Experience on Wireless technologies Cisco, Aruba to Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA
  7. Should Knowledge on Cisco & Meraki Products
  8. Should have experience in Cisco Meraki switches MS100, MS200, MS300, MS400
  9. Should have experience in Cisco Meraki MX100, MX84 MX250, MX450
  10. Should have experience in Cisco Meraki WLC/Access point
  11. Experience installing and troubleshooting Meraki Wi-Fi networks
  12. Handling troubleshooting calls related with Routing, Switching, Wireless, Meraki & VPN
  13. Good hands-on experience with OS upgrades of different vendors devices.
  14. knowledge of load Balancers & Optimizers, Riverbed
  15. knowledge of DNS, DHCP and IPAM solutions
  16.  Hands on technologies like IP addressing schema, VLSM, DHCP, DNS etc.
  17. Knowledge of implementing and troubleshooting complex layer 2 technologies such as VLAN Trunks, VTP Ether channel, STP, RSTP and MST.
  18. Excellent NOC Troubleshooting, analyzing & managing the critical Incidents, Problem tickets with out of the box thought process
  19. Experience on any cloud technologies or SDN technologies will be an added advantage
