Job Description:

  • Candidates must possess at least High School Diploma.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required skill(s): Data Management, Administrative, Reporting.
  • Preferably less than 1-year experience specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

A Cyberbacker acts as administrative support to our clients in a remote setting. Tasks includes but are not limited to the following:

  • Transcription
  • Preparing paperwork
  • Scheduling of consultation with clients
  • Preparing and emailing email reports
  • Updating virtual files
  • Build an ongoing task list
  • Oversea administrative task

Minimum Qualifications

  • Good command of the English language
  • Has good work ethics
  • Typing speed at least 60 wpm
  • Must be a good team player
  • Able to work in flexible hours

Technology

  • Computer Processor: 1 Ghz or above; Intel ® Core or AMD equivalent or highly required
  • RAM: At least 4GB of RAM (8GB is recommended) with 60GB hard disk space available
  • Internet Connectivity: 5 Mbps and up wired Internet Connection (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed)
  • Peripherals: Headset with noise-canceling feature & a high definition web camera
