Job Description:


We are looking for someone who can take charge of our recruiting needs in Eastern Europe. We are a startup based out of Toronto but have operations across the globe. The ideal candidate will help us manage our recruitment needs and stay focused on hiring the right talent for our openings as well as working on other operations management


Responsibilities:

-Establish a recruiting process by studying organization openings, requirements, plans, and goals.

-Responsible for end-to-end recruitment needs of the company (sourcing talent, screening candidates, and interviewing)

-As the first point of contact for new candidates, you would strive to provide an efficient and welcoming experience for every candidate from the application stage to the offer.

-Work with an international team based in Canada, Ukraine, Argentina, and India to organize tours,

recruit new Lokafyers (locals) and get feedback after the tours.

-Communicate with travelers and locals from around the world via email, phone calls and

Whatsapp messages and social media (primarily Facebook).


The ideal candidate would be:

-Knowledgeable about recruiting channels in Eastern Europe

-Passionate, Independent and requires no or minimal observation.

-Goal-oriented and focused on deliverables.

-Proficient in English or French (other languages like German and Spanish are an asset)

-Good communication and written skills
