Job Description

Our Order Management Team's mission is to ensure that customers receive their orders on time. They are central towards monitoring the entire order flow and coordinating between various teams on daily basis to ensure proper fulfilment requests. As our Order Management Specialist, you will be working 100% Remotely on a Night Shift to manage the entire order fulfilment process for our US market. Your job description is as per below.

  • Handles order-related processes such as reconciliation of sales orders on a daily basis.
  • Supports and works with inter-departments like Customer Experience, Sales, Operations and Accounting teams to ensure proper flow of the Fulfilment Request Process.
  • Communicates effectively with customers via email exchanges.
  • Attend to all communications with customers regarding cancellations and processing all returns, as well as addressing refund-related enquiries.
  • Proactively and promptly manages the completion of change order requests.
  • Updates customers details which include billing/delivery/email addresses/contact numbers and resending amended invoices & order confirmations.
  • Generate monthly business KPI’s for On-time Refunds.
  • Prompt amendment of the SOP to address changes to daily processes and ensure standardization across the department.

Requirements

  • Min 1 year of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fluent English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Knowledge of ERP and e-commerce background is a plus
  • Ability to empathize with and prioritize customers’ needs.
  • Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, setting expectations with customers.
  • Independent and self-driven with problem-solving skills
  • Willing to learn and a team player.
