Responsibilities:


  • Help manage the OTC & Lending business, including operations, product localization and regulatory matters.
  • Maintain strong relationships with OTC & Lending channels, including influencers, medias, local exchange, education institutions and popular internet company etc.
  • Lead local new user growth and business development activities.
  • Be the eyes and ears on the ground: Understand and share knowledge on local trends and news.
  • Drive increased trading volume to the OTC & Lending Desk by understanding clients' liquidity needs, proactively identify ways for high and low touch execution services to meet those needs, and provide client support for execution, liquidity, and market color.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients both on OTC trading, Lending and the financing business through quality execution and service
  • Work with the Client Services teams to identify, onboard, and monetize new client relationships and proactively identify new business opportunities
  • Assist Product Managers by providing feedback from clients to help guide new product development that meets client's needs in both the spot trading business and financing business.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 3 years of business development experience, preferably in cryptocurrency/internet/ecommerce/tech, B2C facing.
  • Problem solver and results-driven passion for crypto and digital assets.
  • Strong work professionalism and collaboration to work remote with global operational team members.
  • Counterparty relationship management: ability to build and maintain strong relationships with counterparties
  • Experience with daily execution of trading and asset lending department functions
  • Understanding of risk management and ability to implement this knowledge well
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build businesses from the ground up
  • Strong data analysis, relationship management, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to work hard and be scrappy
  • Ability to make informed decisions in fast-paced trading environment
