You will be targeting B2B sales in the electricity space for Australian and Singaporean customers. You will need to have excellent spoken and written English language skills. You will market by cold call and be fully supported by a marketing team and will need to source and enter some of your leads in the web-based CRM.
You will be home based for ultimate flexibility, with 7am-4pm local work hours. In order to qualify for this role your computer must be able to run well the latest MS office 365 applications and have good Internet speed. We offer a full benefits package after successful probation. Full Training and Windows software provided.

You have at least 3 years’ track record in meeting sales targets, you are experienced with outbound phone-based sales strategies and techniques. You are creative, resourceful, persistent yet patient. You will be one of our Indirect Telephone Sales Reps responsible for meeting individual, team and corporate sales targets Provide consistently high level of service to our various customers by actively respond to customers’ queries and supporting them with their needs, while adhering to professional and corporate policy procedures, standards and guidelines. Your role will cover the Australian market initially, with provided leads in the first month. Subsequently your role will expand to include regional (Asian) markets. You will work from scripts but are able to creatively improvise to build customer relationships You will need to build relationships with leads and customers, answering questions not addressed in the script, but always focused on your sales objective
At least 3 years of experience in outbound call center sales environment. Proven successful and recent Telesales records Degree or higher education will be advantageous. Excellent command of English and communication skills Able to work in various Asia-Pacific time zone (Mainly GMT +10/ GMT +8). Sales experience in financial or technical products a plus but not necessary Professional appearance (for video calls), well organised, attention to detail

- Anti-Virus and Firewall must be enabled.
- System must have minimum 20 GB disk space on C drive.

- Must have a back up internet connection
- Best but not required to have a back up laptop or computer if current computer fails.
