We are looking for an experienced Partnerships & Business Development Manager - Gaming and Metaverse to expertly develop and execute partnership strategies for AnRKey X across its game studio and suite of creator and developer tools. The role requires a skilled, highly motivated and experienced individual to spearhead efforts in identifying, developing, and executing partnerships and customers for AnRKey X. The ideal candidate is capable of managing multiple cross-functional projects and work streams with a sense of autonomy. Strong communication skills are essential in order to deliver highly complex and technical concepts to diverse audiences in a clear and succinct manner. We seek an individual with a passion for the blockchain, NFTs, metaverse, gaming, and decentralized finance to join us and be instrumental in our journey as we continue delivering the highest quality Play to Earn gaming ecosystem.
**MUST HAVE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE**
- Collaborate with key senior management team to ensure strategic and realistic long-term planning for Gaming and the Metaverse partnership and customer roadmap
- Serve as a key person in the area of focus of Gaming and the Metaverse, enable deep understanding of our ecosystems to potential partners and customers
- Establish and grow AnRKey X's portfolio of partnerships and customers across the most relevant companies and leaders in Gaming and the Metaverse by building long-term and profound relationships facilitating high-impact, top level integrations
- Constantly seek for new opportunities - have a firm understanding of our business lines, products and tech tools and identify new business opportunities
- Develop and execute communication initiatives and key program rollouts to court partnerships and customers in Gaming and the Metaverse
- Negotiate and develop partnerships, develop them with the management team and ultimately launch them to their full potential.
- Set and track goals and metrics to gauge effective partnership and customers growth and engagement
- Be the accountable individual for all queries pertaining to the business and processes of partnership management
- Work with our in-house content designer teams to meet partnership promotional needs
- Engage and facilitate with marketing and partnership stakeholders to convey messaging and communication
- Present key information and developments within partnership development on key market trends and opportunities to the management team in real time
- Implement data measurement and analysis strategies to guide best practices.
- At least 3 years consistent crypto partnership management experience with preferably in a DeFi and Blockchain gaming experience
- A wide network of existing relationships in blockchain gaming, NFT and metaverse industries
- Thorough knowledge of how gaming and metaverse ecosystems and communities operate
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Experience in developing and writing executive messaging to partners and potential customers
- A deep understanding of the gaming, metaverse, NFT, and DeFi markets, the trends and the key players
- Has experience in conducting market research, analyzing data, and developing business cases with autonomy to prioritize the highest impact opportunities first
- Has a passion for gaming, metaverse and crypto, and an intermediate understanding of crypto technology and crypto wallets including metamask, NFTs and DeFi protocols
- Ability to keep up to date on latest news in the blockchain gaming and NFT space
- Have transparency - Able to provide clear and direct communication. Turning complex ideas into simple presentations to present to both internal and external stakeholders.
- High calibre of operational standards background - always being proactive and meticulous - with an eye for details.
- Additional language(s) including Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Filipino, Thai, or Turkish is a bonus
