This personnel should be a team player with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, have a flair for client communication, and understand customer behavior and needs.

Responsibilities

Main Tasks
Document job requirements and objectives as discussed with the clients
Further assess applicants and be able to identify fictitious candidates prior endorsements and facilitation of interviews.
Negotiate contracts and be able to close agreements
Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters. Accountable in starting, developing, and supporting a long-lasting and healthy working relationship between staff and client.
Be able to anticipate and prepare for problems and objectively provide solutions.
Be able to conduct proper investigation and collaboration with internal teams involved.
Must be able to respond to client or staff inquiries through in a timely manner.
Handle 50-70 home-based contractors at any given time while working on a maximum of 10 live job orders.

Ad-Hoc
Assist with challenging or special Client and Contractor requests
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet the target net gain
Coordinates with stakeholders on any concerns and issues as needed
Source and attract candidates by using databases, various sources like social media networks and employee referrals

Requirements

Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Client Management, Customer Support Representative or relevant role
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive level
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management tasks at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Solid experience with MS Office
Can work under pressure and remain rational at all times
Must be willing to work in MAKATI office with a 6AM-3PM or 7AM-4PM Work Hours
Must be willing to work on holidays
Has good attendance record with previous employers is a must
Work experience as a Recruiter or Sourcer will be an advantage
