MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. GHA - 3rd Party Ground Handling Agents - Operations 

  • Ensure data quality is processed and updated timely as per the service level agreement 
  • Air Capacity Sales (ACS) Ops milestones are meeting targets  
  • Identify, assess, monitor, document and communicate potential quality failures
  • Provide root cause analysis on data quality errors to find short - mid - long term solutions
  • Highlight data quality failures impacting business process and system        
    Monitor GHAs irregularity reports and follow-up on open cases of damage, missing, found, unlocated, mis-labelled        
     


2. GSA - 3rd Party General Sales Agents - Operations 

  • Ensure operational supervision of Air Capacity Sales (ACS) outbound and inbound freight are monitored and reported correctly 
  • Monitor Master Operating Plan for station roll-out and KPIs are aligned 
  • Map process and implement workflows to meet network standards and service level agreement 
  • Liaise daily on data quality assurance checks are completed in a timely manner 


3. Hubs & Gateways 

  • Ensure CCR are regularly been coordinated thru the agreed channel with GHAs
  • Liaise and coordinate if CIA ACS MAWB imaging is executed 100% 
  • Take corrective actions and follow-up missing LDM data support when required 


4. Air Capacity Sales (ACS) Operations 

  • Ensure all ACS KPIs are meeting targets - FWB/FHL/FFM/PID/FAB etc 
  • Support implementation of OCNT project - ACS Containerisation for 3rd party scanning at piece level 
  • Support and maintain ACS process maps and workflow on a regular basis 
  • Manage Continuous Process Improvement and sustain through regular audits with responsible stakeholders 


5. Stakeholder Management

  • Internal stakeholders: Ensure and achieve, ACS data quality parameters are meeting assigned targets and in compliance with DHL ACS network standards, including service level agreements. All Key performance indicators are meeting required standards and has no impact on operational business process.
  • External stakeholders: Achieve customer satifaction and exceed service level target by providing an excellent service. Create simple fast efficient process and provide sustainable solutions to 3rd parties. Provide guidance and supervise 3rd party operation to improve customer satisfaction.
