Prepare annual Marketing Plan for the assigned product/product portfolio. The Market Plan normally contains the annual forecast, promotional budget and promotional strategies of each product in the job responsibility.
Develops promotional activities, and promotional campaigns, in collaboration with sales staff in order to achieve sales objective.
Implements all promotional activities as planned within the agreed time frame.
Decides on adequate inventory level of each product in cooperation with the Marketing Manager and Finance & Logistics Manager
Trains and assess the Product knowledge training needs of medical representatives on product to enable them to be effective and efficient.
Acquires market information concerning competitors, market situation and utilize information to improve sales and marketing activities.
Achieves annual sales budget within approved promotional expenses budget.
Prepares reports on products movement and results of promotional activities.
Perform any duties that may be required from time to time
Education: MBBS, BDS, B Pharm or Medical Related Degree. Post Graduate Diploma / Master Degree (MBA), Master in Marketing or equivalent, is an advantage
Experience: At least 5 years working experience in the pharma industry or related field, with at least 2-3 years’ experience as Product Manager or Associate Product Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in marketing and handling products of Women health product is a must, and experience launching products in these categories is an advantage.
Proficient in MS office applications
