    The ideal candidate should be able to communicate through multiple channels and MUST be very organized.

    Responsibilities
    • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
    • Manage the production team so that scheduled goals are met
    • Manage executives’ emails, calendars, appointments, and other administrative tasks
    • Plan, schedule, direct and execute production activities
    • Take minutes during meetings, screen, and delegate correspondence
    • Organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information
    • Maintain current knowledge on the market and industry trends
    • Create documentation and processes
    • Handle confidential employer and client information
    • Help the company grow in any way you can
    • Increase motivation and work efficiency by implementing reward systems
    • Develop cost-effective measurements to achieve exceptional business practices
    • Conduct research to further understand competitors

    Minimum Qualifications

    The right person for this role:
    • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
    • Must have excellent English communication skills both in written and voice
    • Must be organized and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
    • Proactive in solving problems with great decision-making skills
    • Acts with discretion and utmost confidentiality
    • Strong understanding of industry market and conditions
    • Working knowledge of technical software that is specific to the industry
    • High regard for quality assurance
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
