Organize and support local and regional training programs to meet specific training deployment
Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders on training needs
(Engagement with internal stakeholders including HR, Subject Matter Experts to execute training programs)
Liaison with external vendors on training program
Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs
Liaise with subject matter experts on training agenda and delivery
Support in development of training aids such as manuals and handbooks
Co-ordinate and manage communications for regional participants on training programs
Assists in mapping and presenting training plans
Apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
Track, maintain and report on training outcomes and records
Provide feedback to program participants and management
Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology
Manage and co-ordinate training activities on the Learning Management System (LMS) for eLearning.
Support and manage point-to-point regional deployment of training programs including pre-training logistics, training activities on / off-site and post training activities, training schedules, registration process, conversion and security of learning assets, resource planning and evaluation summary
Manage and track records on training budget
Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
Manage any other ad-hoc related duties assigned as and when necessary
Set up of virtual training platforms (e.g. MS Teams and Zoom) and learning technology tools
Manage and update SharePoint Sites and data library
Maintain and update of Sales Training Calendar, Sales Training Records & Training Expense Report
Track, analyze and convert learning metrics into visual charts and diagrams for reporting.
Facilitate virtual instructor-led training programs and resolve any technical issues when needed.
