Project Coordinator (
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing projects within the decided upon budget, timeline and scope. They will also
effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders,Clients.
Coordination with Customer to send the daily Activities of Field services team status.
Coordination with Project Team/Management/Finance for proper site track/status.
Co-ordinate with project team / Finance / business unit and Subcontractor for
proper billing ordination with ground team for work update and share it with all concerns.
Daily Monitoring of All the field activities and update to all concerns. Follow up with Ground Team to get the Activities
Photographs. Make a complete tracker for each project fill up daily transactions and report to Management Team. Align to ground team to meet as par
Daily Tracker update for all Project by Project, Budgeting, expenses of Team.
Update to finance department with all supporting documents for invoicing purpose. Making internal PR/PO process and JVC process
Daily Progress Report (DG & EPC) Update & Share to all Concerns .Follow-up the Invoicing process deal with Customer. Site
Access Raise/Approvals and share it with all concerns.
Sync with all concerns/departments for proper update & requirements. Update to management for any issue pending. (Customer
side/HBHL Team side)
Reporting to Operation Manager.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. B.E (EP, EC) prefer.
Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
